An Ice Dream

Snow white

Snow bright

First snow that falls tonight

As I watch one fall to the ground with eyes wide

While it floats and glides

Like a ballerina dancing on clear ice

I watch as more fall again

I make a wish and then I dream

Suddenly I am one of them

Who glide on the ice

Dancing in a dress of silver ice

Watch me as dance away into the night

To all I am but a simple snowflake in flight

But that is fine for me for it lets me be free

Free for me to disappear into the heavy lightness of a silent night

Snow white

Snow bright

Take me back to air that is firm and light

Where I may soar

Into freedoms open door

hi this is my first post. i wrote this as an answer to a topic i was talking about(most likely debating) with my friends, and now i dare you all to ask yourselves that same question: What do you want how do you feel and who are you.
