We were both young when we saw each other,
Staring across the gloomy classroom,
Both pretending we did not care for one and other,
Until luck brought us together.
Our love did last for a very long time,
Two months was like a forever,
When we embraced out first kiss,
We were pulled together.
Each photo I look at brings back a new memory,
Of me and you on summers day,
Chasing each other in the playground,
Kissing under trees so nobody would know.
Every now and then, us two would sneak away,
Away from glaring eyes of suspicion,
And play another hop-scotch game,
In the playground once more.
Until one day you moved away from there,
Leaving me alone to fight for myself,
Because your parents wanted the best for you,
But you never actually 'dumped' me.
So when I am sad of you going,
I look at the fabulous loving memories,
And I always make sure that wherever you are,
You must be thinking of me still.
After years have passed I did not hear you,
But I still believe you love me,
Because I presume I may see you again,
And our love shall not be forgotten.

It always sucks when the one we love moves away and we are just too young to do anything about it. I have to smile reading this though as it brings to mind someone I am very fond of, I wish I could tale to him now. Perhpas you will get that chance one day. I hope you do. Great poem

Very vivid imagery here.
