She always spells the End

She's on the streets
cavernous creatures
tempt her with foreign currency
catatonic courage collides
with comrades

Frivolous women
living in fear of the films
no reality flounders
beneath the fire

Truth below the tiles
talk in telepathic threats
though through tear
filled eyes she tries
to take back time.

Maxwell.

  • I think the reader can take this whichever way they wish -whatever comes to mind, so-to-speak. The women could be a metaphor for something else completely.  Nevertheless, I found this piece to be very good indeed. Again your imagery here is strong. Keep writing.

Looks good. I am trying t figure out your meaning here. Give me a while. I will get back

    • Thanks

thanks yeah i dunno it kinda serves as a double edged sword i mean to myself it has meanings of a women i knew, whos obviously ability to display good but tragic lack of effort to actually live up to them adn eventually a struggle for her very life. And at the same time i think it just flows fairly well, it can be just a nice display of alliteration lol.
