If love were on fire like this city,
i'd dive off this cliff to save her,
it is not, since this is so,
ill let the flames degrade her,
I see her house a mile away,
I wish her luck with spite,
if she dies, ill forever remember,
what happened on moonless night.
Author notes
This poem is the thought of an angry X lover.
standing at the cliff, watching the city burn.
