Are We But An Imprint On The Carbon Copy Of Life

You cut a leaf and what do you see,
by the naked eyes nothing indeed.
But to view this leaf certain light,
the piece is still there with edges so bright.

Now take the human being should they lose a part,
does this light remain such as the leaf to start.
Indeed it does a carbon copy of whats missing indeed,
and if we saw with this light this we would see.

We are the imprint of our creator of time,
we have also a reflection our souls so divine.
Such as the plant the animals upon this earth,
for our carbon copies holds such worth.

Where does it go for this ripple of time,
where do the lighted edges go along the line.
Who is the keeper until the body becomes one,
along the horizon of time there is only one.

We take on our parents looks and ways,
we were meant to be taught of our savior each day.
Did we follow his footprints as was meant to be,
or this light of your carbon copy do you not see.

For if you become lost along the way,
and you pass on this feelings to your young along each day.
A time of confusion a time so lost ,
and a life filled with misery your child pays the cost.

Carbon copies have you found this not to be true,
if this is what you feel then tell me now your future is up to you.
Have you brought joy to your life or suffering and pain,
and will you in time find your way to faith where life is regained.

Ask yourself why does the outline of ones form remain when taken away,
how can this be and how long does it remain.
Science cant explain it they know not where it goes,
yet for a time it remains and you stay whole.

Our bodies are carbon copies yet our minds are free,
it is up to you whether you follow or lead.
Keeping oneself happy comes from knowledge of love,
and once you find this then just being alive is more than enough.

Author notes

I have seen this through the certain light and it left me in awe
for to see a piece missing yet left with an outline makes one think after all .
