Opening Your Mouth

And, opening your mouth, the eye
That stays unending
Open
Over the view
      transcending the town:
Coverage from dusk through thought's unending
Seems pleasant and discussed
Oh but no belied
        lied and tied,
      fought;
Lights wind over midnight's eye
Pretending that the hollow cast
For sunset's beckoning guile:
Life discerned betraying notheing
      that holds its own
And lost in a breath, brain or air of a moment
They adda rattle to settle
Some observed tune to dampen its spirits
So little admired as it is demanded.

So such themes are small to the picture
Never hung on the wall:
But large as the clouds billow
To a small thing recompensed
Giving form to whatever small is its part eternity.

    Welcome to AllPoetry!

This is an interesting poem I really like the formatting, although I think that there is no need to start every line with a capital letter - just a thought I like the tone of this - and the last stanza is wonderful!

Welcome to the site, I hope that you enjoy your time here at AllPoetry!
