Hello, and thank you for the contest entry.
I love haiku. And really short poetry in general. And this in particular is really deep; at first glance it could be about nature but when you read into it, between the lines there is a world of hurt and fear. In that way I also believe it reflects the quote, which is what I'm looking for for the contest of course.

The innocence of a child the beauty they have at birth and the too loose that and become more aware of that bloom as we grow older in aging scared of not being that young bloom anymore or perhaps ever at all
