A thorn sent to protect the rose,
Warding off the non potentials,
Breaking into the force field
Trying to graze a petal.
Just to feel the silk beneath my finger tips
Just to have the scent tickle my nose
If the thorn was removed...
Anyone could steal a piece of the petals
Anyone could ruin it's beauty...
