Nothing in your mind
Nothing in your heart
Just an empty void
Waiting for a spark
Waiting for the light
To set you free
What do you hold?
In your abysmal emptiness
Where words have to meaning
And there is no soul
To call your own
Where can you go from here?
That hasn’t been accomplished
By another
When will it end?
For the barrenness you call home
To become a work of wonder
And inspiration
How can this begin?
If you don’t know the place to start
No guidance exists in your path
You walk alone
Down this desolate road
Why has this been your fate?
For the one who hasn’t been given a chance
A chance to be something
Better than the deserted plane
Of your isolated existence
How do you survive?
If there isn’t anything to you
Only a vast feeling of loss
For something you’ve never had
