Spread sun sparked whispers of ochre dust
Amongst cherry blossom dimples

Solstice heat weeps gently stealing breath
Cascading color blurs petal kissed stone
Entwined boughs bend in supplication

Canopy melody erupts sporadically
Interrupting woodland tranquility
Creek ripples reflect Gaia’s radiance

Fluttering leaves cast desolate shadows
Pooled in crumbling creases
Conceding sarcophagus time
