Phi; that’s –One-point-Six-One-Eight
Let me tell you, this numbers’ just great
Its just amazingly flabbergasting
It comes in mostly everything!
It’s the sign of beauty and precision
Phi’s found in body’s every division
In ratios of hands, foot, face there’s’ phi
In lots of that stuff we even fail to comply
This Phi has filled our architectures
For its seen in most great structures
In wonders like, Pyramids, Taj Mahal
And in other things big and small
It’s also found in certain ratios of our DNA,
It’s mind-blowing, what more can I say
The research being done in human heart beat
Will show that Phi is a magnificent beast!
You have heard of the Fibonacci series
Take a look at it, observe as it proceeds
Ratio of the later number to one prior
Approaches The Phi faster and faster

Phi is a number that has amazed me and excited me!
This poem is a feeble attempt in explaining what Phi is, it surely can have many more things, and I am trying to put them in it!

Nice write here. It's amazing the beauty that has been "built in" into our universe if one only stops to look. Cool piece on a subject that has not likely been written too much about in poetic form.

And I always thought PHI was just letters.
Great job, although, you should probably inform me on PHI... I mean, I hear about it all the time... I just never figured out what it was ... exactly. And now I just sound ignorant... lol Please enlighten me. But, this is a very great poem. I love the rhyme scheme... and it is a step up from depressing poetry... Great write!! Keep it up!!!

This is great, I had just read some pretty depressing poems and this is such a good shift for me. and I totally agree with you, I was that kid that went all through algebra trying to figure out why I could just multiply a number by phi and get the right answer. Thank you for this upbeat read. -

It's not "feeble" at all. Math is natural so it's only natural to put it in verse.
