my fairy braids her hair
and laughs at sunshine
with eyes of burned honey she looks at me
and angels sing
this state i'm in is called Grace
because my Goddess has a face
she has hands to caress me
she has lips fragrant and sweet
her smile quickens the pace
of my beating heart
her brow is a cosmic map
and all i see is stars
her breath makes me dizzy with love
her voice moves mountains
and crumbles walls, leaving my guard down
and my heart free
when i see her walk towards me
my soul flies
i can see the rest of my life
in her eyes
at times i must pinch myself
to be assured that i still live
for this must be heaven as she is
at this moment heaven is sleeping in my bed
so now i shall lay aside this pen and return to my beloved

Welcome to Allpoetry
I like the imagery you have used in the poem. Perhaps add a bit of punctuation to help structure the poem a bit better? Good luck in the contest and welcome to the site. If you have any questions please feel free to ask me
