They say that the grass is greener on the other side,
but they set it on fire-
and when they're asked why,
they haven't a reason;
just hypocrisy & destruction.

Well, first you need to understand "The grass is greener on the other side".
It refers to the way people tend to look at other people’s lives and other things that they don't have in general through pleasant and happy perspectives. In this poem, setting it on fire is a metaphor for destroying it.
