Pages of my life,
dog-eared and tattered
a book overdue for recycling


yet the crow's feet
and laugh lines reflect
the joy of the words
and the memories held

My pen draws it's own line
between history
and future.

    the length of this piece really works. though it is short, it speaks so much based on the words you used and the thoughts you wished to convey with them.
