Saffron rays bask in a
distance of calm, beneath
blooms of bountiful antiquities
In serene depths of visually
masked caves, fresh with
the essence of ancient vibes
As tribal chants echoe
its beauty amidst opiate
moons of enchantment
Cooling the concaves that
shatter death's defiant mood,
in an endless realm of refreshing mist
Intermingled with the longing
of ripe bay leaf scents, that once
roamed free in sacred harmony
distance of calm, beneath
blooms of bountiful antiquities
In serene depths of visually
masked caves, fresh with
the essence of ancient vibes
As tribal chants echoe
its beauty amidst opiate
moons of enchantment
Cooling the concaves that
shatter death's defiant mood,
in an endless realm of refreshing mist
Intermingled with the longing
of ripe bay leaf scents, that once
roamed free in sacred harmony

A wonderful mix of words
the way you chose these word banks and created beauty, imagery and a voice softly spoken
Thank you and best wishes

If you feature a poem, I assume you want an honest crit. I rather agree with TwiztidKarii's comment. You have used many beautiful words, each one evocative in itself, but I have difficulty understanding how they all relate appropriately to your theme, which appears to be contemplation of a wilderness area that used to be inhabited in prehistoric times.

Superb
A very fine write, my friend. You always express your thoughts quite well. Thanks for sharing this one with us. -
It was a bit cluttered with big words that didnt flow well together, nor did they portray a very clear picture... But great use of vocabulary
-
Well Written
Good luck in the contest
