You walk the streets
With your shoulders hunched over
And I, I want to be the one to tell you
That I see more in your eyes
There's something there
Something you don't see
But you'll never know that you're beautiful
You walk around not seeing the world at all
But this is natural
And this is real
Will you ever see
That you're beautiful to me
You stare at cracks in the pavement
You avoid the mirrors on the wall
There's something deeper than you show me
And I see you're about to fall
Shards of broken glass surround me
And you're still all I see
But you'll never know that you're beautiful
You walk around not seeing the world at all
But this is natural
And this is real
Will you ever see
That you're beautiful to me
So I'll keep trying to help you see
The world can be all that you hoped it would be
Maybe your smile will reach your eyes
And you will see
Just how beautiful you are to me
What did you think

Welcome to AllPoetry
This is so well written and full of depth. The view through your eyes is strong and profound. More people need to look through those same pupils. Love the ending to this.
