Heaven and hell

The nefarious and horrendous hell
Of which primeval scriptures tell
The rest of castigation and abuse
Where tempt and cruelty induce
The worst mankind is capable of
The unrestricted contrary of love
The inexhaustible source of bane
That results in suffering and pain
Subsists inside the heart of man
Where it effects its terrible plan

Those privileged and fortunate
Respond completely inadequate
To the agony of less auspicious
Rising agony by a surreptitious
Agenda insensitively carried out
Showing all they care not about
The world’s well being and fate
Ruling from a heart full of hate
Incessantly incapable to discern
Such conduct is a grave concern

The hybrid seed of the nephilim
The felons in a distorted dream
Are the creators of hell on earth
Programmed to slay from birth
By a foreign and elaborate dna
Allowing them to have their way
In- and outside the foxed mind
Of the dazed taxon of mankind
That's been struck blind to see
That hell is caused by humanity

But if mankind can invoke hell
Then heaven is feasible as well
This the nephilim fear you find
For sure it would free mankind
Leaving them as kings without
A land or people to mess about
You can consider the possibility
When you really long to be free
The universe lives in your mind
The stolen promise to mankind

  • Fantastic write!

This is so adeptly written with such flare, word choice, flow, content & passion. Although I don't share all of your understandings I do understand how they fit into your paradigm & you express your views so very well indeed. I like the starkness of your presentation. It adds to the drama & intensity of this piece.

  • very nice read, keep it up, enjoyable

I love the last two lines. We can make our lives hell on earth, or we can work towards the possibilty of heaven on earth. It is our choice, and isn't it ironic (funny in a sad way) that we do our darndest to make it a kind of hell.

  • This is really good. keep up your great work.

  • mankind has done a fine job of creating hell on earth, they will not find their way out of it without God

  • a good piece, aye, if we can so easily create hell on earth then heaven can be achieved, it's all a matter of which we wish for the most. our survival or our destruction, time will tell.

    Poet

The Nephilim or methinks the Anunnaki. Their DNA created the good. We , now more then ever, have sowne the evil. Long hard looks needed.. Great write.

  • This is a beautifully written poem. Your complex diction does not sound forced and even if one didn't know the meaning of the words, your carefully crafted poem would still hold powerful meaning and one could catch on easily. Bravo! (:

  • Amazing! This reminds me of a behemoth song, as above so below, just reversed. This poem was such a joy to read, I shall bookmark it!

  • Heaven and hell,
You can't have one without the other.
    This poem is amazing,
    Beter than many others.

    brilliant

I love the way it sounds and the presentation only added to it.

  • yes, we follow a line to oblivion if we continue to act with such disreguard for the virties of life and natural structures free to rule above the constructs of duality.we percieve reality through divided eyes percieving only all or . nothing doesn't exist yet everything opposes it. We are 1 divided into 2 then made 4 without vision (no.3)denying 5 of its next state of evolutiory transition(intelligence)everything above distinction.hope is our ability to percieve wow when it is revealed to us
Great write, intelligence is all around us and exists in all dimensions<it is comingeverything above distinction.

    Perceptions...

Well, I have to say, I must have read it from a completely different viewpoint (going by what I read from your other commenters.) For, I felt uplifted to the understanding that if we as humans have the ability to make 'hell', than we also have the ability to make 'heaven'...right here, on earth.
"But if mankind can invoke hell,
then heaven is feasible as well."
With an open mind we do have the ability to make the 'here and now' whatever we want.
Your metaphorical lines combined with the biblical wordage, in my view, sheds light and hopefully makes people question.
    I appreciated the depth!
Glad to have come across this one.

Hmmm...I like the way you wrote this out. Someone told me once there is a constant spiritual war going on in heaven, not to mention the one we experience here on earth. I would have to say this is true. I love the wordplay here. Very well done!

Light you are God's muse or scribe. Who can respond to your writing without a shudder of awe?
    love you always,

  • I believe you hit the mark and you did so perfectly
the universe is within your mind,
to find it we simply need to stay present.
human nature appears to be governed by emotions, calling out through ignorance to fill our wants and needs, this is hell,
so where then can heaven be, above the mind, above the superficial thoughts that pull us and most are not even aware to the dark side, we are led and unaware and we trapped ourselves in cages.
how do we get to heaven
this is a state above mind, it is peaceful because it does not expect or hold on, it just simply is.
this is a place where faith carries you effortlessly.
but this is what I view.
as I can see the sun when I look up in the sky right now, I see the sun, but can everyone in this moment see the sun in the sky, so my view is different.
is the sun in the sky?
if you say no it isn't, who is right?
    another exceptional write my friend...
    God bless you...

  • I read you and can see the heart within you that warns us all to heed the coming storms being birthed by man, but my thoughts are, if we were never created to begin with, maybe it would have been for the best... Look at this mess? And those who strive with all their might to do what they feel is right, still go through a living hell with horrid stories to tell. I'm just awaiting the first round knock out after the bell. I wish I had a wishing well. Peace we can only pray lives within us through the raging seas of our destiny. Looks as if we have little choice, believe or not believe. Seems easy, but one cannot be forced to love another, not even the creator. You have a good heart my dear brother, know I love you and appreciate you sharing here. Just my less than two cents I put in. Great write, as always.
