A rainbow doesn't stay too long ,for
everyone to see . So I hurry to the
end of it . To what awaits for me .

At the end of my rainbow , if you
believe the story true . I found all
the treasure I could ever long for .
Not gold , nor jewels , but you !
~
I need not a pot of gold ! It can't keep
me warm , when nights grow cold .
I need your love , it's the only thing .
'Tis a treasure gold , could never bring .
~
Now each time I see a rainbow , arched
across the velvet skies . I think of you and
and our love so true . As these colours
refract before mine eyes .
~
So hurry , chase " your rainbow " ! Do not
wait til it's too late on your next rainy day .
Or the happiness that you may seek , could
quickly fade away ...

Rainbows are a thing of beauty, just remember to not chase them under a knighted sky. Rainbows do not hide hidden treasure only the special feeling that all colors could be confounded into one and love still has a place in this world.
