HourGlass

The sands from the hour glass fall,
just like the trees in autumn,
they tell us what we have left,
and what we have already had,
they can make us realise the beauty around us,
or make us be blinded by fear of what is to be,
its a choice of two halves,
and for me I saw beauty,
for when I saw you I knew we would be,
I knew forever, in my arms you would rest,
for to kiss you was to let time stop,
and in that moment,
all I could think about,
was having you hold my hand until the last star burns,
until the last grain falls,
for in these sands of time,
I fear not death,
for in my life I have all I need,
and all I need is you,

so until the last grain falls, and the last tree wilts,
you are my eternal,
My startlight beauty,
my one and only,
for ever,
for always,
for love
