We don't fit in,
we don't conform,
and though you may dislike it,
we are different.
We're far from average,
and even farther from perfection.
But that's just the way we choose to live
and the way we will remain.
But this is the road we chose,
the road less traveled by.
And though it’s tough and long to take,
we continue to march on
to the beat of our own silent drum.
We are the rule breakers,
the heartbreakers
and the earth shakers.
We are the wind riders and free spirits,
our souls won't ever rest in peace.
So we'll just keep on living,
the way we've always been living,
standing right on top of the edge,
shouting this name to the heavens.
