Sipping hot StarBucks coffee
Laced with a sweet caramel toffee
In the cool Vienna nip
I could hear strains on a lip
Wondering with coffee in hand
Was it a solo or a performing band
The music was resounding
The voice positively hounding
I had to take a look
What was around the nook
Was it a concert in progress
So, I began to walk towards the address
Meandering Through the Vienna avenue
Trying to get a closer view
What awaited me
Was a complete solo symphony
No guitar strapped singers
But a solus man with magic fingers
Strumming his guitar
Alternatively stringing his sitar
Playing the drums
In between the strums
His voice filling the Vienna air
Taking his audience in his snare
Astounding talent on the Vienna streets
Capturing all our hearts with his beats

i have never been to Vienna but you took me right there with the imagery,i really enjoyed the read, i felt the effect you were trying to portrya, very beautiful and well written- a perfect write, thak you very much for sharing this piece. -
The Viennese would not be very enraptured with a guitar player - after all they have the Strausses and Beethove. And Mozart. And so many others.

You've captured a beautiful panoramic view of the activities on the streets on Vienna... The street buskers do have amazing musical talent... their voice resonates in the city square...
