Freedom's Wonder/Melodic

The force of any god would drown in the glory of today
Preying on their knees to be possessed by its blushing beauty
Harmony enchanting every divine thought fluttering bright
Light beyond horizon's gathering celestial visions.
Compositions and melodies born dancing wild creation;
Emancipation from the duties conserving sweet heaven.

Men and woman denouncing the exalted laws that they pay
Playing in the scented pleasure's of mindless mortality,
Ability to perceive all life's external pretences;
Defences lost to virile throws of fanciful fornication.
Rejuvenation of the season below tangerine skies.

Hypnotized by lush panoramic passion's swaying peace.
Fleece of woven gold stitched into Silvan speckled scenery;
Plenary abundant autonomous civilization:
Freedom's wonder complimented by song and meditation.

    Very nice! I love this form too, but haven't composed one of these as yet. The only thing that I might change if this were mine, would be the title, instead of announcing what the form is, "freedom's wonder" might work well, or read it back and forth a few times and give it a title that encompasses the gist of it. It's a wonderful poem!

  • well the title right off i see as wrong melodic not mellodic other than that with two l's all is good
