Not really into letting people
talk me into doing things.
Yet somehow you convinced me
that I'm sorta decent.
I blamed you, in a good way,
for me being in the position I am.
First publishing short stories and poems,
to success at inverting pyramids.
I've helped you through some stuff,
yet now I'm as useless as ever.
Now that you've gone and did it,
getting yourself in a position I can't get you out of.
So I sit here.
Wondering and questioning.
I may have been wrong about you,
does that means I was wrong about me?

Are you wrong about her? I don't know. I know the person that used to talk to me and I refuse to judge her any other way until I know. She'll stay on my favorite list. I know what it is like to be so exasperated that in a sudden flash you lose all logic and at the split second, you could do something drastic. I only felt it once, and it went away in a second...but for that split second, I could have altered my life irreversibly. You can be pushed that far. I think we all can.
No, you can't save her, no more than you could before. Save yourself, save those you can save.
I am sorry, I know what she meant to you, and I am sure, still does.
If you are wrong about yourself that means I am wrong about you...and missy, I don't do that whole wrong bit!

I found out how to reach her. I wrote a letter, but I haven't printed it out because I need to get some ink for my printer. Once I send it, I know she'll probably respond to me; so I know more of what's going on. Maybe then I'll understand what the heck happened.
Are you absolutely sure that you're right though?

That was on the porch of the Express trailer.
Oddly, despite the many things I've been asked to fix at the Express, I am not the reason that the hammer the Express owns says "Do not aim at face" on the handle.

Thanks dear. The writing and photography is cathartic. Besides, I honestly rather help people than have people help me all the time. Geez...as crazy as my life gets, I'd need a friggin team.
