As I fall to the ground -
my eyes aware of the closeness
of the earth.
As when I was a child -
when all was so near,
just here!
I can touch it! - I can feel it!
I can taste it!
I become aware of the sun,
embrasing my body like a blanket.
Ridding it of all coldness and pain.
Feeling the touch
of the wind on my bare skin,
I know!
My flesh has reached home -
here, now,
where it should be.
It's ultimate resting place!
I can feel the rythm of the earth,
telling my body -
We shall become one!
We shall become one!
