A Useless Fuck Up

I walk as a ghost,

A shadow to most,

Nobody loves me,

Nobody needs me,

Should I just go?

Will anybody know?

Will anybody care?

If I'm not standing there,

I don't smile,

I haven't for a while,

My eyes are empty,

My soul is empty,

I am left hollow,

With no air to swallow,

I drown in my tears,

Weighed down with my fears,

Crimson knife,

Threatening my life,

Trickling down the blade,

With pain I paid,

For what you did,

You left this kid,

In a thousand pieces,

They think I'm crazy,

But their sights are hazy,

They don't see,

The things that kill me,

If you could see what was wrong,

Then you'd know how strong...I am,

I lay alone,

Wishing someone would phone,

Time flies by,

The sun passes through the sky,

I don't move,

I can't prove…I'm alive,

I'm just some fucking kid,

Who can't help what she did,

How I deal with my pain,

Gives you nothing to gain,

From mocking me,

So leave me be,

Leave me the fuck alone,

I walk as a ghost,

And Nobody fucking needs me,

    First of all, you are NOT a useless fuck-up. You are a smart, strong, and very-talented young lady with many gifts to offer the world, so don't think for a second that you are useless, screwed-up, or worthless.

    I think, though, that everyone has felt like this at some point; I know I have. But remember that, no matter what, there is always someone out there who loves you. You are among friends here at AP

    I hope that writing about these feelings helps; it's a lot cheaper than therapy Anyway, if you ever need someone to talk to, just let me know
