His reflection is the one we saw onstage,
a modern marvel of entertainment in this day of age.
Michael was a star since he was nine,
reality became hard, for him to find.
He was on the outside looking in,
for the real world puzzled him.
His fame was a cage with golden bars,
trying to be the best created his scars.
Trying to find a friend,
who loved him within,
proved to be impossible,
people wanted a piece of him.
He retreated to a world,
a world of Peter Pan.
A failure from the start,
because he was a man.
Maybe he was innocent,
from all his scandal,
fame is difficult,
for anyone to handle.
Alone in his fame,
caused him pain.
The pain of his life,
caused his strife.
He was accused,
of very bad things,
and angered the adults,
with very bad results.
Numbing his pain,
was all in vain.
His music was great,
which sealed his fate.
A singer a dancer,
we can never understand.
People broke his heart,
they've torn him apart.
He was always meek,
he became so weak.
Because of his death,
his fans now weep.
A tribute to a man who was so unique. . .

I am in disbelief that here we have a part of each of us, from which we grew up, a beat that was never going to be forgotten. I still don't think he realised what he did to the multi millions who have idolised his skills as a performer. Here, you perform just a little bit from which came out of you as a little piece of us. Fragile he was, and I guess it was the media which broke him in many pieces to which once again, each takes claim, or blame? Lovely words of opportunity, from a little boy to a still real life. Lovely

He was the king of pop...and now he's dead, long live the king. He taught us 'bout a single white glove, how to walk on the moon. He was a thriller and bad...dangerous.
We'll never see the likes of him again. "Gone too soon"
