Loose eyeglass screw
will always remind me of You
keeper and finder of the lost
This blast screw
demands constant attention
always seeking to be turned
If I forget, it takes its time
to unwind and come loose
then my glasses hang from its’ chain
in mockery as if to exclaim:
you forgot to give me attention
and I escaped!
That’s when I let up a cry
Father, You know where that screw is
show me, please
The last time this happened
my glasses came apart in my living room
I prayed, found a small safety pin and inserted it
I’d looked around for a while
and then understood I needed
to go about my business in faith
Took a bathroom break
As I sat on the commode
my eyes landed on the screw!
All good things come to he who waits
even for something as small
as a screw! How I laughed ~ lesson learned!

LOL you have been busy with lots of video and some great vocal expression. At 14 videos and your own category it just goes to show how unique you are. In a world of mediocre your words stand out as something special, a delightful way of looking at life. A touch of the parable in every tale...

I've over 2000 poems & lyrics posted [and many more to post as yet] & AP has the count wrong. I believe I've only 13 performances posted! 
for your lovely compliments. I'm not happy with all the defects I hear in the video [pops & jumps] nor is my performance quite up to my standards, but it's a start. I'm not in competition with Aesop so I'll not be concerned about that! 
I'd love to be able to have help to record CD's of my praise & contemporary music. We'll see what happens with that ambition. Either I'll pass first 
or The Christ will return & I'll become a spirit being! 
These compliments of yours go a long way as I'm a real fan of your artistry!
