Soul of soil

Nature's indentation on a limb of choice.
With less than concentration I can hear the voice.
Of mother nature singing as the winds rejoice.
A child of the earth was born,
So rare do they stand true.
A piece of earthen flesh was torn,
Formed muddy hands and grass stained shoes.
Who's life revolved and falls around the upkeep of natural beauty.
Through busy streets and buzzing thought,
She won't forget her soul bound duty.
To protect the earth, well set since birth.
With a soul of soil and stone struck turf.
Terra Firma's safe within her grasp.
Nature's child? you need not ask.
With her alive, or land will last.
and earthen turmoil, will fade to past.
