tie the band around my arm
take a breath
slide the needle in
watching the fluid
glide into my veins
setting it free
flowing through my body
feeling that which is undescribable
no words to say at all

this is what i have come to
the weaker was not enough
my memory was too strong
i needed more
so now iv hit rock bottom
someone please help me
save me from myself.
