Just Mercedes did one about beach cottages being swept of sand for the winter that stuck in my mind. Yours is happy; hers, sad. Giselle was a timely meet, I think...
Burnt Orange is the color of Texas University. I have a friend who lost a son to a truck accident. He had a craftsman build a cross for the roadside and the way he laquered it unexpectantly turned it burned orage. The Poem is "Questions..." Be sure to click on the link. -

this makes me think of cartoons! tom and jerry especially, many times i have seen a little house like that in those cartoons. a good piece. i imagine the shadow being tom waiting for jerry to open the door. maybe it is.
