Laughter fills the room with joy and glee
Love pouring down from heaven like rain
To boys, who's father died, playing with me
Jesus loving them knowing their pain
Alone for a moment she comes over to me
No agenda, no fear, no hesitation
The little toddler sits on my lap asking me
For affectionate consolation
Feeling safe again she returns to play
Having given and received love we needed
Children are content for another day
Innocent sweet love has again interceded
Why are adults so reserved and mild?
When will adults learn to love as a child?
