No left turn, no right turn
keep right, keep left
I'm feeling so bereft
Don't drink drive
the bubbles'll make ya go blind
it's enough to blow ya mind
Don't follow street signs
they may've been switched around
don't swear or shout, don't make a sound
Don't sound ya horn
don't use ya brakes
respect others, for goodness sake
No overtaking or stopping on bridge
no parking here, no parking there
no wonder I've lost all my hair
No need for maps
just use the gps
it'll get you there sometime, I guess
Don't pass on the left, when ya can pass on the right
learn to swerve
potholes and obstacles are there to test ya nerve
Go with the flow
speed limits don't apply in rush hour
tempers quickly sour
No mobile phone
unless hands-free
mercy, now I've been crushed by a falling tree

HOODWINKED !
This is a delightful humorous poem about all the confusing and contrary road signs and safety instructions for driving an automobile! It must be a universal problem...LOL Write on dear poet!
You have been Hoodwinked today by the Poetic Bandits

Lol this is so funny! My Hubby calls me his GPS lol. I also have my own brake pedal on my side of the car he says the floor is worn out from me braking so hard lol. I quit driving myself several years ago because of flashbacks I did not want to cause an accident and hurt others or myself so I made the decision not to drive anymore, yes I miss it at times but I know I did what was right.
I have been in several car accidents in my life and they left mental scars so I am a nervous wreck in the car I know I drive my Jason nuts but he loves me anyways and tries to make me laugh instead of Freak out. He always tells me " Be Cool Baba" now Jasmine even says it she is so funny.
Anyways loved your poem keep up the amazing writing my dear friend,
Hugs
Theresa
