Mousavi would be best for the West
Because his nuclear views are not as stressed.
Ahmadinejad who is unpredictable
In the guise of all this mess
Would have the citizens of Iran living with much less.
But these are views
Declared by fools
For soothsayers, there are none.
We have to wait to see what gives
Once the voting is done.
When the fighting has spun
Its last spin and the political ladder
Has not another rung.
The youthful face of unrest
Detests governmental violence.
From the dictator's hand;
In the streets where young people
Who should have the right
To demonstrate are beaten,
Whipped, and killed...
Without cause because
They know it is time for change.
Neda did not have to die,
And billions worldwide now wonder why?
To kill the innocent has sent a message
To us all, we must stand up for freedom
Or we are all bound to fall.
An oppressed people
have awakened a giant!
Defiant, determined, and bereft...
Let us send our support on waves of air,
by sharing prayers and by caring--
Before there is no Iran left
to face an obvious death.

a good piece, aye, i was watching the news earlier and saw all the madness going on there in iran. people need to be free, not under any harsh fear.
