Shoulders bent in silent pain
a heart's foundations crumble
where insignificance sighs crippled loss
and blossom's traits start to wither,
there's an inner song refusing death,
chasing demons from impaired thought.
For the soul begins as the acorn
planting roots in toughest soil
and fortitude follows year after year,
through drought and hurricane
it will not bend nor break,
finding succour within each new branch.
Through dauntless years passing
quietly it grows in weathered trials;
stormy weather rips maturation asunder.
Yet new growth and strength is fostered within
there's a will to survive in fortitude;
quiet breezes whisper encouragement
and through courageous days
maturity sings.

a good poem, ah yes, the soul stars small, slips its roots into life wand then weathers all of the storms that come.

Spiritually maturity...brings us to putting on the full armour of God...and simply grow from a seed to a tree that cannot be moved, even planted by the water. Well done. Blessings.
