She Is My Laughter She Is My Joy

I never stopped being
that child I so loved,
bubbly laughter and life
is just enough.
To experience the magic
one holds inside,
and can nourish that love
through your own two  eyes.

Contagious it is for when
others see your joy,
and the glow about
you so deploy.
It lifts others souls and lets them
see life is still good ,
you just have to love the most important person
yourself as you should.

Her shadows dance with such glee ,
have you taken the time
to watch her when she feels free.
If that shadow is huddled down and still,
you can embrace her this very day
at your own free will.

Our own minds tare us down
as though we had no control ,
but honey it is in the decisions
we make dont you know.
If you want joy about you
then let yesterday go,
and reach out and you shall find
your rainbow.

I love viewing every living thing
be it a vutterfly or bird,
a doodlebug a grasshopper
none are too absurde.
Touch life about you
as you did when you were small,
and joy will embrace you
and shall tare down the walls.

Age what is this thing
that makes so many people sad,
to sit around and cry
about the youth they had.
Come on dont you know
she lives within,
forget about what people might think
and choose to live again .

Author notes

Dont follow those all gloomy and sad .Reach inside yourself for that child and find she aint so bad . Get yourself up from there and make changes in your room and brig light to your life not doom and gloom.
For self pitty takes an aweful tole .And people start ignoring you for you bring them down so .Try just the opposite today and see how much better you feel .When you make a pact with yourself and know life can be real
