What a twisted love story.
What a twisted fate.
I thought he was prince charming,
but now it's way to late.
His hands control the reins
of my run-away life.
How did I get stuck
being a skeleton's wife?
They say love can blind you
or maybe I'm just dumb
not to realize
that he was less than scum.
Now look at me.
I'm a slave to him.
I'm at his beck and call
and obey his every whim.
So this is my life now.
Wow, that's just great!
My twisted love story.
My twisted fate!

Good title. Nice write and take on the picture prompt. Good rhyme and tone. Nice flow and depth of feeling. Nice use of repetition for emphasis. Nice use of irony. Thank you for your entry.
