Every child is settling down,
has come to a house, safe and sound.
Our playtime has just ended,
Now we need to be quiet now.
Now my bed is cold and soft,
My blanket is dry and warm.
Now I need to close my eyes
And imagine people's goodbyes.
Every child is settling down,
The snow is on the ground.
The air that keeps me cold,
Now makes me warm.
There is one thing I miss,
It is my parent's kiss.
Then I realize,
that I'm on God's hands.
Now before you sleep,
I'll tell you something.
Your father, God, is singing
a better lullaby for you.
Every child is settling down,
and this lullaby has ended.
I present to you,
Le Poème De Dormir.

i like the way you used now so much it made the poem seem measured and it helped it have rythm
-
You used the word "now" six times, two in one sentence and the next sentence began with it too. It is a good feeling poem but that just throughs it off.

great
Very nice. This poem I find soothing, warm and gentle touching. You should be proud of it and yourself for coming up with it. I enjoyed this poem a lot . Thanks for sharing.

Hello!
Le Poeme De Dormir means 'The Poem to Sleep' in French. French language just soothes my mind. The words flow.
