Step right up,
One and all.
Witness this show,
The best of them all.
You sir, yes you sir,
Bring you children and wife.
For this will be the best show,
You will have seen in your entire life.
On a tight rope,
High above the crowd.
They begin to clap,
And chant so loud.
I take a deep breath,
And begin to walk.
The crowd silence at once,
No-one dares to talk.
I get across the rope,
And the crowd cheer again.
I slide down a rope,
My hands are burning with the pain.
Suddenly the lights and cameras go out,
And the crowd stand up.
The show passed so quick,
I didn't even get a closeup.
Come one,
Come all.
Witness this show,
Before you leave this town and go.
