Listen to my voice,
While you’re sleeping.
I'm singing a gentle song
For the little darling of mine.
Plaid of tunes and words
Is light as a swan’s feather.
Magic of the blinking stars -
The Milky way to the dream.
Smile of the pale moon
Is sweet as a creamy cheese.
Flight of the silver voice is
Landing by the sleepy ears.

Silver voice of lullaby for my darling

I can't decide whether I should laugh or cry,
Whether life is right or wrong,
If what I feel is good or bad
Maybe the path I stray down,
Is a test one thing I know
I love your lullaby.
Best of luck and thank you so much!

This poem definitely has that feeling of standing with closed eyes, swaying in deep thought. Very nice sound to it.

You've written a lovely lullaby with the moonbeams of your pen—beautiful. The images are creamy and dream-like, and your voice flies on feathers throughout.
I think you've sung me to sleep, too, because now I'm ready for a nap....

-
such soft tones that lull, very nicely written x

Awe... So Sweet
Who could not drift peacefully off to dreamland with an angel's sweet voice singing this lullaby
