This is what happens when I get a Christmas Carol stuck in my head in the beginning of summer. I'm finally out of school (aside from 3 hour tests tomorrow and the next day) and I'm almost giddy I'm so happy about it.
If you hadn't figured it out already (which would be really sad) this is a parody of the Christmas carol "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year" referring to the summer season rather than the Christmas season. Don't get me wrong, I love Christmas, but it wouldn't be a parody if I didn't change anything, now, would it? Plus, it's June, a Christmas Carol might seem a wee bit out of place.

I agree though.. sitting here in A/C and humming a Christmas Carol... seems just a little nutty. Very cute and speedy. Funny that you say you are looking forward to relaxing and wrote something that made me feel like you were racing through it. Not my favorite, but certainly very good. Mom

One has to wonder...
I haven't written anything humorous in a while. I'm hoping once my calendar opens up (been insanely busy recently) and I'm more relaxed, I'll get back to writing humor. I think it's always about writing what you are feeling, so if you're feeling humorous, nothing wrong with that.
