The epitome of love

I love Jehovah my God.
He is my shelter from the rain.
He helps me endure life's pain.
I know I love him because I appreciate Him when I preach and pray.
God is love every second of every day
He is the apitomy of love.

This is religion at its best... motivating people and giving them a place to go when things go wrong. I wish more officials within the Catholic Church would get back more to attitudes like this, which I believe to be the core of faith.

The poem itself is direct and says exactly what is intended, which is great. Check your spelling of "epitome," in the last line, though. It kinda ruins the end of the poem.
