What a shame
When she forgets
When she deletes
When she passes
By without a glance

What a shame
All that hard work
All that time passed
All that sorrowful emotion
Sitting in my chest

What a damn shame
It is to see so much
Time wasted on a person
& in the end...Nothing.

No acknowledgment
No Heys nor Hellos
No signs of living

What a shame.

    You're so right. There will always be those people that don't truly care, and what a damn shame it is to have wasted our time on someone like that.
