Failed

Feeling empty,
Feeling bored,
Feeling scared,
and it can't be ignored.

Done all I can,
Done everything the right way,
Done it all to make you proud,
but it doesn't make it OK.

I feel like you look down on me,
I feel like you think I'm small,
I feel like I embarrass you,
because it got me nowhere at all.

I failed at life,
I failed at love,
I failed at my career,
I failed.

    a good piece of poetry, ah we all get those times in life i suppsoe where we feel like we are failures in life and love, but thankfuly they don't last. you wrote this on my birthday i was probably feeling like crap myself at the time thinking i am old
