If I were to describe my heart
In words of two,
Id use the phrase
'broken through'.
And if you saw my pain
Of fear and sadness,
Clouds of grey,
And utter madness,
I'd be assured
In words of three,
That you will be there
To strengthen me.
And if one day,
I should stumble and fall
I know you'd be there
To help me stand tall.
So 'I thank you greatly'
In words of four
For loving and caring
Supporting, and more.
Now for the final words
Which will be of five,
I feel eternally thankful
'That I am still alive'.
For if I had died,
I wouldnt of met you,
And would never of felt
This happiness so true.

Basically this poem is about the pain I feel but the support of my gf whos helping me through it alot, just want to say thanks!
