IN HELL WASHING DISHES [fallen from grace, finale]

The man bends over the sink of scalding hot water, doing the dishes. The water is so hot, that the flesh is falling off the man's arms and hands. But he
dares not stop, for his masters are standing behind him. Faceless beings with whips and pitchforks, they stand ready to "coax" the man, should he slow down or stop.

So, the man keeps on washing his dishes, until there is no flesh to be seen
and only bony fingers are left to scour the pots and pans. The man knows that when he arises again in the morning, that all the flesh will be back again
and the routine will be repeated once more. Over, and over, forever and ever, until the end of all time.

"Oh, well", thinks the man, "I always wanted to be immortal".

The man looks around him, at the others here. He sees a woman, who might have been his wife when he was living. She told him she had died one day in her apartment, of an overdose of alcohol and painkillers.

Next to her, stood another woman, it was his precious daughter. She smiled at him, and told him that she had flown a Harley to a hard landing.

And, there, over there, at the end of the row of sinks, was his son, his son,
his son. Locked in a padded cell, in a strait jacket, at a mental hospice, he had vomited one day, and lost his breath, and died.

The man looked back at his sink then, and thought, "My God, we are all here in Hell, washing dishes".

And, so they are, as others will be, who stray from the path and end up…
Fallen from Grace.

Indeed my friend. Life is dual by nature so we have a good and bad side and
each is experienced through the power of choice.
Have done a lot of factory work there have been days I have definitely
felt like the man doing dishes...
    Have a great non-labor, Labor day...lol

This is a fine finale; that brings them all together at last. This is just like so many examples I have seen in my lifetime. Now I wonder if they will function any better since they fell from grace...reunited in hell together....This series of stories was well done..an excellent tale with a vivid moral. To stop wasting time before its to late.....I love you & your tales of life.
    Bravo!.....novy
