daddys little girl

They say misery loves company
But its solitude I desire most
The time for a companion has come and gone
Lost forever on that mournful day
Is it possible that Ive been abandoned?
Deserted by my daddy?

Can God really need him more than me?

With each memory more tears fall

My vision blurs as I sob uncontrollably

I guess realization has finally hit

Ill no be longer daddy's little girl

  • a good poem, sadness here, such is life i suppose, it holds death, and those that leave life leave behind the tears of those alive, grief is natural.

  • chills.... this is what I've been trying to write for three years now. not the same reasons I'm sure. but same emotions none the less. great penmenship
