Change is coming, feel wind on my cheek
Blowing far far away my sad losing streak
Captured for a moment my forever dream
Seen in sky of blue and buttermilk cream
My fields of daisies and he loves me not
Along with the heartache shall be forgot
For a new day is dawning as hope arises
Filled with happiness and other surprises
A day like no other our Lord has created
His words of love and hope translated
God gives us choices to find a new day
We can accept or squander it all away
My sadness past shall not be repeated
With hope and faith tears are conceded
Smile once hidden now comes into view
God's precious love makes us brand new
So walk in the garden and feel the breeze
Here the sound of hope in rustling leaves
Times are changing for the better you see
Through the love of God pain is set free
