Interesting... why don't you pick something for me to read, and send my way?

Interesting cause I've been writing on similar themes, angels, friendship

  • So lovely and flowing.

    Rolls right along---enjoyed this!

  • Very interesting.

The whole piece worked like a glove to the fingers from the background and graphic and right on down to the wording. Do not change anything.

  • Such a beautiful tribute to Angelica, I love the whole thing... the words, the pictures, the background color... they all perfectly compliment one another. Very nicely done.

    Good luck dear.

    agreement

Angelica is a soft power, indeed, with words of comfort and hope for everyone. She has withstood many difficulties, her understanding of the cosmos is reinforced with each one.

      Hi, PK!

I do try to make it a "total picture"---
to relect the feeling in both word
      and image!

      Thank you, PK,

I think you do it very well, i have this idea about art, that it should be something to be appreciated in many ways; art that appeals to me has that quality second or later look reveals new ideas... you have that quality in your work...all the best...PK

Ah, the mysteries to be uncovered.
In this series I had in the back of my mind
the illusion of the Northern and Southern
          Hemishpheres, although I was working
          with cloud shaprs---for Angelica lives
          "down under" in Australia.

Differing from the drawing I made for you
during the campaign season, this drawing
and the one in "Dissimialr" were made by
me bravely bringing out the pens to dip
in the india ink, rather than using the
          ease of the tech pen!

Thank you for the thought exchange, PK.

This is a fine group of illustrated haiku --which came first the chicken or the egg? Sorry...

We have clairvoyant value on the scene:
Artists, whose images have words, sought
by those who welcome mysteries accessed.
    There is quality in Life too seldom seen;
it hides even from oneself, past thought
unless by insight clues, well expressed.

      Hi, Terry!

That chicken/egg concept just came up
in another conversation a day or two ago.

The art is always harder, so often it comes first,
for it it doesn't work---then what?
With energy draining, I tucked the words away
in Corel Word, then dipped the pens in the
      India ink---and proceeded to play!

      "Mysteries accessed"---liking your reference,
for is it not the unravelling of the mystery,
the person, that drives us onward---
      to create again?

Thank you for expressing the most interesting of thoughts!

      Hi, Joan!

Pix and I were chatting below
as I explained the "sweetest angel"
name came about as I was describing
the members of the group that Pix
had just joined, using that term
      to describe you.

And then it moved on to the Whodunnit,
which is now all tied up, the Mystery solved,
      still open for business-----
if anyone still wants to play.

    Dear Aesthete,

I had to guess this is your entry because this stupid 'anonymity' nonsense changes all your images to notices reading:
"This image or video has been moved or deleted" and it tells me that the entry is "by Anonymized".
I hope this only happens to Jen and me as Contest Editors
because it would be a pity if your artistry were denied to everyone through this ill-conceived idea that poetry is judged more fairly when the author is incognito.
The subject of your entry, ie. Angelica, is however, not anonymised and I am sure she will appreciate your sweet tribute and friendship. Thankyou for entering and sharing it.
Applause, love and hugs, XXX Hugh (R.)
Pssst! Did you know that if you sign as "Aes-thete" or "A es thete" it defeats the anonymity thingy?

It will be fine, as in the previous ones, if you just log off
and come in as a visitor, or with someone else's account--
then eveything is right where it belongs.

Thank you for the commentary---as well as the applause,
      the love and the hugs.

I am sure by now you recognize a piece in M-C style,
so the name really isn't needed!

      Take care, Master Poet,

      M-C

Angelica is so appropriately named in the Whodunit and what a wonderful tribute you've written and designed for her.

Groups have a balance and tone and I remember the sense of warmness I received from Angelica in the the form of a guestbook entry when I first joined the group back in February.

    Lovely, Aes.

I believe that is when i coined the name,
when you joined the group and I declared
to you that she was the sweetest one---
and then it spilled over to the Whodunnit!!

      Thanks, pix.

Did you take note of chivalrous Yem
who delcined any notion of harming the dear pixie??

I didn't realize you coined her name then. Cool. I thought she was already known by it.

Oh sure Yem is going to say that to you. He probably had his fingers crossed behind his back or something similar. lol

But do take note, three in a row under my
"focused poems" all in honor of Yem,
          in one way or another.

By the way, I picked up on your suggestion
and left Coelho poised on the edge of the
balcony, ready to swing down on the

I'll see about lines. If they are, they'll probably just throw you further off the ending because as you know, I tend to meander a bit. I'll see tonight...even if you end it, it's never really over.

            Bye.
