I really like the way its written as a succession of moments, it builds up a great atmosphere.
There are two parts that made me cringe for some reason.. the word "tweak" and the fact that breasts were pushed together", but that's personal i guess and has nothing to do with this poem.
I don't think you should change it, it's very powerful as it is.
