You were a perfect man as every man should be,
a tragic accident took you away from me.
I was left to wander aimlessly and blue,
I know in my heart I'll never find anyone like you.
The warmth of your smile,
the light in your eyes,
you had the power to hypnotize.
The moment I met you I was sold,
you've done so much good with your heart of gold.
I search for hints of you everywhere,
the letters you've written or your cologne that danced in the air.
Now I talk to a stone in hopes that you hear me,
you were the only one that I loved sincerely.
You will always be the love of my life,
forever and ever I will remain your wife.
